I need a theme to compose about.
I want to write a multiple-movement piece for a large ensemble, whether it be a band or orchestra.
However, it’s hard to write multiple movements without a guiding theme… an example being a storm…. you have powerful movements, the calm in the center, and then it gets to its worst….
The storm theme is overdone, so I’m looking for a new idea…. all ideas are very...

I got internet on my iPod, and got really excited….. and then I couldn’t open Tumblr. Not okay.
Also, my school’s Tri-M (music department honor society) needs to learn that a “quarterly Tri-M event” is not going to a French dinner and performing. Buttttttt that’s what happens when all four officers are in French.
